Policies

Check-in/Check-out
Our Check-In time is between 3:00pm-7:00pm.

Check-Out is by 11 am.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is 7 days - 30% plus tax will be charged to your credit card if the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival, except when the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, when the full amount plus tax will be charged. If we are able to re-rent the room for the duration of the reservation, there will be no charge.

Currency
All rates in Canadian dollars.  Individual rooms include a continental breakfast, the “Cottage Package” includes complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. All rooms and cottage prices are subject to the 12% HST.

Children  - Accommodations may not be suitable for young children, considerations can be made on prior approval and preparation.

Pets
Will be considered for “Cottage Package” only and a damage deposit of $200.00 will be required.

Method of payment
We require a Visa or M/C number to hold your room for you. All reservations are confirmed online and in writing. For payment we accept Visa, M/C, travellers cheques, or cash, upon arrival.

Smoking
Whispering Creek is a smoke-free environment. You can smoke outdoors in designated area only.

Minimum stay
There is no minimum stay.

Damage / Cleaning Deposit on "Cottage Package"

A deposit of $250.00 will apply on stays longer than 2 nights, deposit will be credited back upon checkout inspection. Cottage must be left in a tidy manner or minimum 3 hour cleaning fee will be charged to card holder in the amount of $150.00.
